RENEWABLE AIR CONDITIONING
The most natural air conditioning.
INSTALLATION IN A NEW CONSTRUCTION
Newly built single-family house with an area of 200m2 distributed over three floors: Basement, ground floor and first floor, consisting of four bathrooms, four bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen integrated in it.
The insulation and metallic carpentry make up a completely hermetic system, without traces of thermal bridges that let heat escape. However, despite this tightness, the indoor air quality is perfect since the house has a mechanical ventilation circuit controlled by a heat recovery unit. It is a circuit that in addition to renovating and filtering the interior air of mites, pollens, etc., manages to do so without losing the comfort of the home, thus reducing its energy consumption.
As we always recommend at Ramirez Renovables, in addition to betting on good insulation and ventilation systems such as those mentioned above, to minimize energy losses, renewable energy sources should be used to air-condition the home.
For this reason, this house has opted for an air conditioning system based on aerothermal energy and combined with a heat recovery system for ventilation.
The production of sanitary hot water is also generated through aerothermal energy and is stored in a 300 liters tank.
As for the distribution of heat, we will do it as it usually is, that is, through underfloor heating. In summer, we will heat with fan coils located in each room that will be combined with linear diffusers to optimize comfort and aesthetics.
The regulation and control of temperature will be done through independent thermostats in each of the rooms, in order to choose different temperatures, improving not only consumption but also comfort.
All this system can also be controlled via mobile by Wi-Fi.
