HOT WATER THROUGH THE SUN
The sun’s energy used to produce heat.
THERMAL SOLAR ENERGY
What is it
The installation of solar thermal energy consists of using the sun’s heat through solar collectors to produce domestic hot water.
The most used systems are: The thermosiphon system and the split or forced.
1. 1. The thermosiphon system includes the solar collector, and overlapping on top of this is the hot water tank.
2. 2. The split or forced system: In this system there are on the one hand the solar collectors and on the other hand the accumulator. Then there is a regulation center and a hydraulic group that regulate the system, optimizing the performance of the installation.
Why choose this system?
The advantage of these systems is that they provide us with domestic hot water practically all year round, free of charge and without contamination.
How is it installed?
Solar collectors should be placed on roofs or areas where they can be oriented to the sun, it is also possible to place them on roofs.
The thermosiphon system is the simplest, cheapest and appropriate for small installations.
The forced system is used in both small and large installations.
They can be installed both in buildings under construction or in finished houses.
